Alisha Aum has practiced meditation and yoga for over 15 years. She has completed the Practicum for instructors of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) at the University of Massachusetts Center for Mindfulness.
Alisha began her career in business, working and traveling internationally for a global technology and consulting firm. She was born and raised in India and has lived and worked in Bangalore, Dubai, Melbourne and the US.
Alisha has experienced first-hand the power of Mindfulness in alleviating her own chronic illness and pain. She is dedicated to helping people reconnect with their innate healing ability, wisdom and vitality.
