Nicole Nardizzi, LCSW is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Qualified Mindfulness Teacher. Her mindfulness training includes more than 500 hours of rigorous practice and instruction through Center For Mindfulness at UMass Medical School. Nicole is a lifelong meditator and yoga practitioner, and teaches the 8-Week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Course, (MBSR) at Karma Road Yoga, Briarcliff Manor, NY

Nicole has presented to Hospital staff at major local hospitals and businesses in Westchester and is currently offering Workshops in “Foundations of Mindfulness” as well and individual Mindfulness training for clients in her Therapy Practice, for Anxiety, Stress and Depression Management.

Nicole is also founder and Clinical Director of Village Therapy Group in Briarcliff Manor NY. She earned her MSW from Columbia University, Clinical Supervisor Certificate from Fordham University, Certificate in Marriage and Family Counseling from Westchester Family Institute and Qualification in MBSR from UMass Medical School.

Nicole has extensive experience in working with families in Crisis and clients living with Trauma. She worked in Community Mental Health Agencies in Connecticut for 17 years as a senior clinician and clinical supervisor.
