In recent years a rich public conversation has developed regarding matters such as the ethics of MBSR and of secular meditation more generally, as well the relationship between Mindfulness Based Approaches and Buddhism. Rather than endorse one particular position on these topics, we have chosen to offer this list of diverse and often diverging essays and articles, so as to allow for each one of us to come to our own conclusions, or at the very least to live in awareness of the lines of inquiry and even controversy that accompany the increasing public interest in "Mindful Living".
